Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Please include the Order Number and First and Last Name in the return packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will recieve the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, we have all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
